The room at Borodino Hotel was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and reliable WiFi. The cleaning service was great, keeping our room neat and tidy. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant and the variety offered at breakfast. The hotel had a beautiful and calm atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to relax. Although the hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station, the walk was worth it given the great experience we had. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The atmosphere in the lobby and on the floors was so calm and relaxing. The cleaning service was top-notch, with the polite cleaning lady ensuring everything was spotless. Absence of a number of must-have things in the room: toothpaste, slippers, bathrobe.

The location is ideal, situated between two metro stations and not far from the city center. The rooms are quite cozy and the housekeeping is excellent, but the tap water can be rusty at times. Despite the language barrier, the staff is friendly and tries their best to assist. The breakfast buffet is great, especially the coffee.

One staff member ruined the check-in experience due to her attitude towards a guest.

you have to leave a sum to get the minibar open! if you stay on the 12th floor you don't have the lift reaching the floor and lastly 20 min to check-out is really a nonsense. Form a 4 stars hotel I expect these kind of problems shouldn't exist

The breakfast at Borodino Hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, and much more. We enjoyed the convenience of having a 24-hour bar-restaurant with reasonable prices, as well as the availability of room service. The pool, sauna, and fitness room were a great addition, especially since they stayed open until 22:00. The spacious and clean room, along with the excellent service and perfect WiFi reception, made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
